Meet the Trainers
I have been certified as a Fitness Trainer through ACE for 10 years.
I have enjoyed working with individuals and groups of varied ages.
My experience has included training clients with past injuries and ailments such as herniated disks, rheumatoid arthritis, and past shoulder injuries.
I have obtained a certification in limited range of motion exercises (LROME) for the 50 and over age group. The most gratifying aspect of my career has been assisting my clients towards happier and healthier lifestyles.
It would be my pleasure to assist you in obtaining the same results.
Kristen has been an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer since 2001. "What brought me to fitness were my children. I joined the gym after the birth of my second son and joined a 12- week challenge that changed my life and my body. As I continued, my children as well as other family members joined my quest for a better life."
Since then Kristen has tried to create a fitness world for everyone. Personal training, yoga, Pilates, group classes, outdoor fitness, you name it.
With her outgoing personality and empathy toward others, her clients have continued with their programs and seen great results. Her clients rage in age from 11 to 83.

Paul has been in practice since 2007 and trains all ages and all levels. He is a visionary and leads others to success. He has built his business by offering affordable fitness to the local community.

I’ve been involved in youth sports coaching since 1995 (Basketball, Baseball, and Football) at levels from T Ball to High School. I currently coach in the Mt Hope High School Girls’ Basketball program.
I’ve been actively involved in sports, training, and conditioning all my life. Being an older athlete, I have an appreciation for the challenges facing our older population and personal experience utilizing training approaches that yield consistent, positive results. I would welcome the opportunity to partner with you, create safe, efficient workouts for you, and encourage and motivate you to reach your fitness goals.
Nicole Toppa, ACE Certified graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Kinesiology, and a Master's degree in Physical Education from West Virginia University.
She taught physical education for five years, and has recently become a certified personal trainer through ACE.
Through her personal training she hopes to fulfill her dream of being able to help more people lead physically active and healthy lifestyles.

Hi! I'm Liz and I'm a mom of 3 and an AFAA certified personal trainer. I've been involved in fitness for 20 years, and 8 years ago I excitedly became certified to help others. I thoroughly enjoy helping people to gain confidence and feel better about themselves while also working towards a healthier lifestyle. I enjoy working with people of all ages and fitness levels and have worked with people struggling from a variety of health issues and injuries. For me, safety is key! I believe in listening to my clients and proceeding in a safe manner, while still giving my clients a great workout. I strongly feel that a healthy lifestyle should be attainable for everyone and clients aren't "clients", they're people. I am a compassionate person and know that we all have our own personal hurdles to overcome, so whatever your reason for change is, I'm here to help. I believe a healthy lifestyle isn't just about making the body healthy, but also the mind and soul. We each have a story, let this be your turning point, make the next chapters great! Stephanie Synnott has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Fitness from the University of Rhode Island and has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Some of her fitness certifications include ACE Group Exercise, ACE Personal Training, AEA Water Exercise Instructor, YMCA Strength Training, YMCA Physical Fitness Specialist, Mat Pilates, Active Older Adult Land and Water Instructor, Fitour Primary and Advanced Spinning Instructor, and Myofascial foam roller release. She enjoys introducing clients to the benefits of a fitness program as well as helping clients achieve their fitness goals. She focuses on each individuals strengths and concerns to develop a program that works best for them. Montee has had a passion for fitness for most of his life. He was involved in Track and Cross Country for 8 years before enlisting in the Air Force. Kristin is a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist (CMES) , a Mad Dog certified Spin instructor and a trained Parkinson’s Cycle Coach. Kristin has 30+ years of experience working in the health care industry as an Occupational Therapist and is passionate about helping people achieve their full potential in life through physical activity.

Gail St. Jacques
Gail has been an instructor for most of her adult life; from teaching mathematics at the college level, to teaching spin, fitness and in recent years vinyasa yoga.
Gail became certified as a spin instructor over 20 years ago. Although, in past she has taught other fitness classes such as Active Older Adults fitness, Zumba and kickboxing to name a few she has always been passionate about spin. Several years ago Gail decided a good balance to her fitness and mental state was to explore yoga. She fell in love and pursued her 200 hour training. If asked Gail will tell you that the combination of teaching both spin and yoga has been a game changer in her life. She is very enthusiastic about helping others reach their personal best and will work one on one, and in small or large group settings. For new indoor cyclists she encourages you to understand the need for correct settings on the bike to ensure safety and achieve best performance. Gail maintains that by riding 2 to 3 times a week you will soon see physical as well as mental strength.

A passionate cyclist and certified cycling instructor, Bill brings the rider and the machine together by creating a synchronized “dance on the pedals”. Well known within the cycling community, his indoor training innovations and style create a positive and empowering approach to fitness while having fun. Each class is designed to challenge riders of all levels from beginners to advanced. Prepare to wipe, drink, and breathe while enjoying your Cycle Odyssey! An amazing destination awaits you!
Amber is a certified AFAA group fitness instructor, licensed Zumba instructor, certified personal trainer through NASM, and is also one of the registered and licensed dietitians at Eat To Live!
After moving on from being a high school athlete when she went to college, she found her "team" in the reputable fitness program for all of UConn's students and staff. While teaching throughout college, she fell in love with seeing how much of an impact a positive and challenging fitness experience can have on a person's day to day life.
Since graduating with her Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics, she has taught at various fitness facilities with a wide range of formats. She also meets with clients for personal training sessions. Some of her favorite formats include indoor cycle, HIIT, and Core.
Driven by the music and the energy participants bring, it's all about having fun- and then realizing you just kicked some serious butt!
