Reiki is a simple, safe, and effective tool to lessen anxiety and promote emotional, spiritual, and physical balance. It can help with a virtually endless list of chronic conditions.
Reiki practitioners view clients as fellow souls in need of compassion, love and healing-and we are honored that you’ve chosen us to help you.
Nothing bad can ever come from Reiki because it is entirely based on love.
Reiki treatments are effective even if you don’t believe in Reiki.

Far, middle and near-infrared wavelengths are all part of the broad infrared healing wavelength spectrum.
These wavelengths penetrate soft tissue up to an inch and a half, warming the body and opening blood vessels in a process called “vasodilation.”
Infrared is so safe it is regularly used in hospitals to keep newborn babies warm. Infrared and infrared saunas have been researched and studied for decades. Doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists use infrared every day in clinics and hospitals around the world to ameliorate pain, heal skin conditions, increase flexibility and generally help heal the body.
There are also specific hospital insurance billing codes for infrared because of the research that underpins the importance of this therapy for patients.
Infrared saunas also help with:
Stress and fatigue
Muscle aches, arthritis, and joint relief
Weight loss and calorie burning
Immune system support
Appearance of cellulite
Parkinson's Cycling Program
The Parkinson’s Cycling
Program is an indoor cycling
class where individuals
diagnosed with Parkinson’s
Disease work in a group
setting coached by a trained
Parkinson’s Cycle Coach.
How Does Indoor Cycling Help Parkinson’s Patients?
Research supports the benefits of moderate intensity exercise for people who have
Parkinson’s Disease. Not only can exercise reduce motor symptoms of Parkinson’s
Disease, exercise can also reduce depression, improve cognitive function and one’s
overall sense of well being.
Exercising in a group setting provides social and peer support. Exercising on a
stationary bicycle is safer than riding a bicycle outdoors, is low impact on one’s joints
and can be done in any kind of weather!
A trained Parkinson’s Cycling Coach will guide the participant through a workout that
challenges the riders to perform at a higher than usual intensity. All participants are
monitored and progressed at their individual levels.
Is the Parkinson’s Cycling Program Right for Me?
Participants must be able to mount and dismount a stationary bike with
minimal assistance and have trunk control sufficient to sit unsupported
for 20 minutes.
